How long have you been at it? Take it from someone who has bouts of laziness... when you start seeing real results you'll ALMOST start looking forward to working out just to see how much you improved from the previous workout...

I'm at the gym right now btw... :jawalrus:

All it takes is a week going consistently and you'll be hooked. Like breh above me said you'll be waiting at the door waiting for the gym to open like some crack addict waiting for his dealer to appear.

Working out is fulfilling in the long run.

People tend to go over board with it though.

Working out is amazing.

I've noticed it increases my mood and keeps my self esteem high even when I plateau.

Beyond results, the best thing to me, especially for black men... Is that it teaches discipline and stick-to-it-ness.

I'm not that strong but after a year of being bank in the gym. Feels good to rep 225 and max at 250+

gotta have a routine bruh... gotta have a plan of attack every time you go in and make sure you mix up the amount of reps/weight and mix between free weights and machines...

Love working out, pretty much don't have shyt else but work and the gym going on if not hanging with my nikkas.
