Derozan is nowhere near the ball handler, slasher, finisher, or anything that Harden is. Nor is he as crafty, smart, and tricky with the ball.

harden-like =/= on hardens level
when it comes to guards getting to FT line there is Harden, Derozan, then everyone else
his driving ability (when healthy) is one of the most lethal in the NBA, when you talk about shooting guards there are no players better than harden and derozan at driving and/or creating for themselves
Every time I see DeMar I see him not playing aggressive and doesn't seem to impose his will on the game like Klay does. DeMar is a better talent though

Depends on how you weigh shooting as a skill on offense. Klay is a much better shooter, if you value shooting highly as a shooting guard then yes, Klay is more skilled, because his shooting would outweigh DeMar's advantages.
DeMar is better pretty much at everything else offensively, so if you don't think shooting matters as much as the other things then certainly. I would take DeMar in a 1 on 1 against Klay. But if I'm looking for a shooting guard then you take Klay.

Derozan shot a below 53% TS and you wanna say that he's a Harden type scorer? Harden is a hyper efficient and far more versatile than Derozan who is Extrenely inefficient.

That's nothing like Harden. Harden is a high scoring playmaker who can punish defenses with long range Shooting and attacking the rim.
Derozan is an AWFUL shooter.
Lmao is Derozan like a young MJ too just because he attacks the rim? Derozan isn't very creative, he's not a great ball-handler, he's not a great shooter, and he's an average passer.

Derozans an improving ball handler. He had a nice move in transition yesterday at the end of the 1st, just came after the buzzer. He can make plays in transition while protecting the ball. He can score on off ball cuts. Get dunks and teardrop floaters. His only weakness is the 3 and that he's been injured. He's been really good the last couple of games and should have a big second half of the season if he can stay healthy.
