Also you can tell that’s a hot street by the donuts tire tracks in the road and cars lined up down the block.

I don’t see how ya’ll are blaming someone not even looking for on coming traffic exiting a parking lot.

not only is he not looking he crossed into the far lane.

You see how fast the silver car was going despite hearing brakes AND slamming into another car? That means he was going a good 40mph FASTER than he was when he slammed into the back of the other car. Which was fast enough still to flip a secondary impact car.

you could hit a stationary car going 40mph and not flip it, so he was going atleast 40mph at impact, so 70-80mph just before breaking. Thats reckless driving at a level the law will say the Jaguar wouldnt have seen this car coming no matter what. Not Jags fault, he was allowed to turn by the far left car. Jag still isnt a good driver though. The law will say if the car wasnt traveling at excessive speeds, the accident would not have occurred.

if he can prove grey car was above the speed limit (the vid helps tremendously), then grey car will be at fault

*edit*

rewatching again…grey car practically rear ended him…if he hadn’t been speeding, he’d have time to efficiently slow down and not hit the the car like he did…this has saved me from being at fault on a couple occasions

that being said I personally would’ve waited until the coast was completely clear…being in the right/not at fault doesn’t matter if a truck/SUV hits you

Silver car rearended two cars. The car in the left lane that was stopped to let the Jag turn, AND the Jag. Silver car is fukked.

Breh the jag was on rims and lifted. The other car was lowered and the point of impact was the jags back wheel under the bumper.

Right he rear ended a car completely stopped because the jag was crossing two of lanes going 5 miles an hour.

explain the speed of the car weaving through the accident.

it looks like the oncoming traffic is also moving at a high rate of speed.

Thats cool. I just used that as further explanation of speed. Even without that, you can visually see that the car was doing about 40 after impacting the FIRST car AND braking. He was clearly speeding grossly. Nothing I said is excusing the Jag being a shyt driver but Ive seen this exact scenario play out at the scene and in court. The silver car will be held responsible. His speed was too excessive and he struck a stationery vehicle AND a poorly merging vehicle.

And why would i need to explain another car weaving through traffic? He was speeding as well. :yeshrug: Whats there to explain?
