The question was who was at fault not who's insurance is gonna cover the accident. I acknowledged the speeding in my initial post that still doesn’t absolve the Jag driver for recklessly entering traffic without looking to make sure he could safely enter the road. How are you glossing over that?

That chitty ass car is outta here his insurance should cover it, but the repairs to his car won't be made since most insurance companies don't repair custom vehicles.
