Why are barber shops so unprofessional?

Some barbers get WAY too comfortable.
Finally switched up for a spanish barber...same cut, more attentive, cheaper, always trying new ideas....don't think I'm ever looking back.

Back in my day if you wanted a haircut you were going to spend ALL fukking day at the barber shop on top of dealing all the other "unprofessional" shyt. Barber game much better now.

Most I've had was a barber literally stopping my haircut because he was getting too engaged in a conversation with someone else.

Or they answer their phone or some shyt idk. But I've always gone to barbers that were in demand, with brehs waiting for them. So they wouldn't waste too much time getting you done so the next breh can get his cut.
