And they are pricing people out, so no. These are not regular people. They are wealthy people.

Nothing is wrong with building wealth, but running peoples pockets over housing isn't regular.

And people pay for these houses to have an address. There a lot of units in high rise buildings that aren't in use but are paid by wealthy people for tax reasons.

Seems to be y'all want all the luxury but none of the work to find a good owner, find a good price, move a little drive away from where you want to be exactly, get your own money up while saving and living bad, in order to get your own place..

I literally did this, 30 mins outside the city, and pay $950 a month for 3 bedroom house on a half acre... 30 mins up the road in the city, they paying $1500 for a studio apt.. And you want me to be mad at the landlord who also gotta pay $2500 to live there, but not blame the dumbass who couldn't drive 30 mins to work

No what I think is that areas have a cost of living. Most cities are higher priced than suburbs which are higher priced than rural areas which are higher priced than hood areas...
