Some are traditional, some aren't, but what I've noticed is, the situations that last longer tend to be traditional- ISH. Much respect to your Pops. Happy for ya.. Unfortunately, most of us dont grow up with a father IN the household and they become more of a surrogate father type shyt. Fathering through court orders or nikkas that feel paying bills is enough..

Traditional households should last longer. I feel there is a new generation of co parenting that is becoming more acceptable as the traditional family values declines

I take pride in knowing if I'm out with female friends/coworkers or family that they would look to me to help protect them if need be.
