I dont really even listen to dudes music like that and I mostly agree but his acting hard doesnt really come off to me like he's really pretending to be about that life to me anyway.
More like just talking shyt and using metaphors like "hype me up and catch a body" because its familiar to rap. OBVIOUSLY Drake isnt really gonna kill but he will "kill your career" or whatever, because Drake really is that dude running shyt in the mainstream.

When does he try to be hard? I've very rarely gotten that from him. He mostly just says that he'll handle something if an issue comes up. It's not like Drake makes gangsta rap. But any time he says something that's not soft, people say he's trying to be hard. Doesn't make any sense
