Why are single moms the devil again?

To put this perspective: I think us and monkeys ( even though I can't be sure) are the only animals on earth that believe in and practice stepchildren. Even in the animal kingdom single motherhood is frown upon. If a lion kills another lion and takes his mate, he kills her children and makes his own. Barbaric yes but nature usually gets it right...

That's really two different things:

Saying you wouldn't date a single mother is one thing.

The disdain and the way they are discussed on here is another. If we are being honest it's disingenuous. You can't give them grief for what it does to the black community yet let the father that isn't involved off the hook.

Its usually ( and unfairly) assumed that the single mothers either played or rejected or looked over the "nice guys" to mess with the "ain't shyt nikkas" in her "prime" i.e. before she had offspring. While this may be true in some SOME cases, cats who come in after the fact feel a way because they have to deal with the aftermath while the baby daddy gets to do whatever he wants while ignoring the consequences. And as someone said, women have to allow us to enter between their legs. And as I've said, women don't think logically. If the deadbeat dad knows how to pull on her emotions strings and make her feel "that thing" she thinks is love and affection, the panties slide right off without second thought. I do believe men should be held accountable but then the single mothers don't even bother. She just says "he ain't shyt" and keeps it moving

This isn't true. I'm a single dad, I was with the mother of my son for 4 years, and I know she doesn't wanna fukk me nor do I wanna fukk her.

We're on great terms, we hang out as a family, and we have nothing bad to say about each other.

And who cares if "women have to allow us between their legs"? That doesn't absolve dudes of responsibility, contrary to popular belief. You're talking about thinking women not thinking logically while dudes are being ruled by their dikk and busting nuts in woman that they don't want kids with.

and according to the coli all of these children are a result of some woman who didnt keep their legs closed for an aint shyt man

if the baby is here already and the daddy aint shyt-
whether she knew he wasnt shyt when she slid her panties to the side or not-
what else is there to do but say he aint shyt and keep it moving?

baby still has to eat, baby still has to be cared for baby still needs to be clothed and housed.
if the mother is doing all of those things for her child she is doing what shes supposed to do.

I'm not saying all men think like this but I guess what I'm trying to say is his attitude might be on some "I don't need this extra bullshyt and drama" and thus he imposes this thing where the single mother should be greatful that he is bothering to date her when he has options. Or he thinks he has options cuz if he did he wouldn't be trying date her I guess?

If that is the case then he really has no room to complain. He is actively choosing to engage in the relationship. At that point he is the fool for engaging with someone he essentially doesn't respect.

Logically the complaint can either go so far or the complaint isn't being applied to both parties at "fault". That's the discussion point for me.

I will be fair and say I have close friends/family that aren't involved in their kids life to the level they likely should be. It's no good way to address it with them.
