That was going to happen regardless of raising their pay.
Same goes for cross country truckers, they will be out of work within 25 years.
Im not sure of all the details but im assuming. Shes been working there for 2 yrs now. Her duties at the job most defly require a higher pay tho.

what top health care company pays that kinda wage out here? actually, I mean what job is she working in health care? What's an associate? I work in healthcare also and not even at a TOP company out here. more so in the middle, and they ain't even paying that low, unless ur at the lowest tier of jobs in the hospital.

Ok that means she is working the front desk. so she is doing patient registration. that's a low paying gig in health care. If she got degrees, she is overqualified for that position.
also working in indiana means ur gonna get paid less. that's a fact cuz the cost of living is lower in indiana. if u wanna make more money, you gots to work in the city, or northwest/western suburbs where the companies with money reside.
that's why so many folks from Indiana work in the city and make that commute. cuz the wages are higher here, and the cost of living is lower there.
All 3 chicks I know went to Everestt.They paid for their own certs, One is actually home now on leave because she couldnt afford to renew her license. The stores aint paying them to get no certs. Dunno why you out "False" I was just stating the females I knew. The one who works at the grocery store, has had access to meds
