Why aren't more black people interested in Eastern Religions?

You are asking for proof of a time period when writing didn't exist. Its common sense. I find it funny when people are like "why were all the ancient cultures so similar" :mjlol:

Puerta Medusa.
Being born with dark skin is not a curse..that is a flat out lie. Krishna who is one of the most popular Hindu deities is black, along with Kali. I'll address the varna system in a later post.

I've only ever seen Krishna with blue skin, isn't he described to be "dark like a rain cloud"? That's bluish-grey. Not a humanly color.

Could have added any bits of information to back up your first statement or go further in depth

Horus --------> Jesus --------> Buddha

Africa had religion for 1000s of years before humans migrated, d you seriously think those oral tales were being told by migrants? You aren't going to find text pre 5000 BC so of course not a lot of evidence.

:snoop: The Buddha pre-dates Jesus. Yes Africa had tons of religions but yet no one has found a single one which is similar to Buddhism. You're claiming this but it's not proof of anything.

Egyptian religions have similar ideas with Buddhism..the life and rebirth..the serpent
@DarlingNikki is right..most of the dark skinned Indians are untouchables

The Egyptian idea of life and and rebirth is different than the Buddhist idea though . The Book of the dead has the concept of the transmigration of the soul through spiritual realms but not of a bodily return. There are fairer skinned untouchables too.
There is no Muslim Caste system tho :usure:

I see the point you're making though. There is an intertwine between cultural norms and religion.

Bad choice of wording. I meant Muslims in India are following the caste system too, it's not a solely Hindu thing.

The Sanskirt word Krishna literally means black. Krishna is depicted as both black and blue. I haven't heard the "dark like a rain cloud" saying before.

What you want me to tell you?

The Sphinx has been found as far as Turkey :manny:

Horus-Jesus-Buddha are all very simila :manny:

Pyramids and very specific African gods being found in Mesoamerica :manny:

Flood myths in a ton of religions coincide with the Wet Sahara :manny:

Most of it is commonsense though :manny:

The point totally skipped you. I can't help someone who is lost.

You've provided no evidence to back up your initial claim. You're now claiming this which doesn't even make sense

but some how I'm the lost one? :beli:

You seem to think that not only did the Africans not have religion prior to migrating but that the migrants didn't retell them orally. Distortion happens when you preserve orally. I feel bad for you.

Where did I state this? All I'm asking for is some evidence for the claims you're making. I just one want the name of an African religion that was similar to Buddhism and it's practices.

@observe already answered that :what:

The Europeans already let us know what time it was when it came to Ancient Egyptian religion and knowledge :sas2:

Also Sumerian culture was damn near identical to Egyptian culture and that was in Turkey so what makes you think people who traveled further didn't attempt to keep the same knowledge? :dead:
