So you don't think a big muscular guy who looks like Thor, had a cartoon, referred to his fans as his "little Hulkamaniacs", and told them to eat their vitamins was marketed toward young people?
Or a guy who wears bright colorful face paint and is basically a comic book character who again, specifically makes reference to his fans who are children... not for the kids?
Even with Austin and Rock, they had a more adult-oriented appeal, but you know who loved their schtick more than adults? Teenagers.
And as much as people complained so much about the "PG Era"... anybody over 30 probably became fans during the first PG Era.
