I've seen it happen too many times on this site.. Most recently with pitchforks review of Jay-Z's Magna Carta album. They gave it a 6.5 or something, and people instantly started discrediting the reviewer as white. Like instantly, brah. People couldn't simply disagree, it had to be "oh he's a hipster cac fakkit so he's wrong"..
and its like bruh, what makes his opinion any more or less valid than yours? How do you know how much hip hop this person does or doesn't listen to? But none of that matters to dudes... like I said, the mindset is you're not black, so you're wrong. shyt is wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiild. I ain't trippin tho, it's funny to me. I really don't care lol, I'm just acknowledging it as a potential answer to the OP's question.
Edit: oh and I actually don't like Em for the record. I mean, he can rap obviously but his music is fukkin trash to me
