You said yourself the shyt didn't run when you got it, in your own words, you brought it back from the dead, had to put multiple items on it just to get it run, and nobody puts in a motor in a car with a running motor for "fun", certainly wouldn't use my tax refund to do it.. Sell that 
to someone else.
Look youngin', I don't have any issue with your vehicle. I just would not drive it as a daily driver. Said that from the start. I've also said, I have several older cars in my yard as well. None have needed any major repairs at all. Every car in my yard has been bought new, none have notes and all have their original major components.

I still have my first car in my yard, it's an 89 maxima, black out/black leather in, stick shift. Drive it from time to time. My parents bought it for me new when I was in HS. No mechanical issues at all, everything is original. other than normal things like brakes, tires, plugs, wires, belts and fluids, no other mid to major repairs, all repairs I can easily do myself.. From that point forward that's the only brand of car I've ever owned, and I have several of the next generations afterwards up to the 2017. But imo, if it's over 15 ten years old, it's old. Some view a car 10 years old as old, I wouldn't only because of the note factor. If a person buy used there a decent chance by the time they're through paying the car might be over 10 years old.

I knew this cat that I worked with at Walmart that drove this old bmw, from the outside it was intact but once I got in that hoe it didn’t even have door panels, I couldn’t even roll the window down
. Beat up interior and I glanced over and saw the check engine light was on, come to find out he just got the car 6 months ago for thousands of dollars.. At that time I had a 91 Corrola that wasted very little gas, only issue was the starter went out but talk about a easy fix.Now I got a 2010 Corolla sport, only cars I’m getting is Honda and Toyota.
