Why do men take child support so personally?

My uncle took care of all of his son's expenses and whatever he needed without being asked(which is what you are supposed to do). He BM would call occasionally when she needed personal money for a bill or anything and it was cool. They got into it because she lied about getting his son glasse or braces (some shyt) and instead used it towards a down payment for a new newer car (a 2014 Maxima 3.5 from a 2010 TSX in good condition )

Anyway, she fukked up and put him on child support and now she gets less than what he was giving her voluntarily (he didn't make as much as she thought ). Now, whenever she asks for something outside of what is state mandated, he just shrugs it off and tells her to kick rocks. Whenever he has his son, he buys him whatever and keeps the receipts for himself (she's been known to return the kid's shyt and keep the money )



I know about WAAAAY too many situations of situations like that, but then I know alot of bum muthafukkas who just neglect their children and cry about having to provide financially for their seeds. All up in the barbershop every saturday getting fresh for the night but don't ever have their lil man there to get a cut

Are men not allowed to want kids without fear of court ordered child support? If you support your kid fully you still end up in court. Is that ok?

what about the men that are taking care of the child? The ones that have the kids more than the agreement says. That pays child support on top of buying food, clothes, and shoes because the mom spends the money on herself? Or What about the fact that no matter what, the government has the right to go into all assets with no evidence of wrong doing just off the word of an ex? Child support isn't the problem it's the unfair system geared towards females to what it seems like blankets all men with the dead beat dad label as soon as a man splits with the mother of his children.

Just the fact that in this day in age that a man has to move out of the house he worked his ass for just because he's a man and is automatically assumed as the worse of two parents. Men take it personally because it's the government coming in your life and deciding what he should do with money, property, and family with zero input from the man. We take it personally because it's as personal as anything in life can get.

Child support should be for deadbeats. The mothers receiving the finances need to provide the state/county with monthly receipts of where the money is going, how its being beneficial to the child, etc. The mothers/fathers receiving child support should also be drug tested at random. Also, they money needs to be on a state issues debit card so it can be tracked. Treat it like EBT, only for certain purchases.

I know a man who was embattled in a child support dispute with his ex-wife (with whom he shared 50/50 custody) when her attorney let some numbers slip. Turns out he was paying 100% of their "expenses"/care while with their mother, plus obviously 100% while they were with him. 40% of his income went to his ex-wife for child support. And she's remarried, taking vacations to Europe and he struggles.
Not okay. And the system is biased to the advantage of mothers.

Every fukking DIME should be accounted for. Anything in excess of what the child needs should be cut off.

the problem with the debit card is it only tracks the store, not the individual items.
I can spend 400 in target easy... but how much will be on child items depends... they might need to have tags on kids stuff like they do WIC and EBT.. that way only baby/toddler/children items are eligible for purchase on the card, anything not approved requires another form of payment.
