We can cry and "take to task" Jodie all day for being a bum motherfukker but if you're spreading your legs for him and rearing his child, I don't care if the courts along with Tom, Sally, Jrue & Jermaine mandate he's the villain and a bum - you're still a bum bytch.

My whole thing is and this is MO but I feel like us as men should be responsible to keep the family unit together under all circumstances. He should provide for them, while she raises the family and cares for the home.

As men we should make smart decisions to make sure the family stays in tact as in don't creep on ur spouse, be loyal..imean I get there's a chance she could go out and creep but let's be honest - we have a TON of control in this...so there shouldn't be any reason the family would ever not be if us as men do our job right then there would be no convo about child support.

the problem with child support is some females not all. but a lot are irresponsible when it comes to money. i wouldnt be opposed to child support if it was used for the childs needs. (college fund, daycare, etc). but when you going out to eat, buying video games every single week. i have a problem with that. take care of your needs first. I think fathers that work and pay CS should get an expense report every month showing what was spent

I don't know how it is in outside of Indiana, but we have the calculator that we have to go by. my ex-wife tries to hit me with that shyt all the time because she is struggling.

New Jersey cop kills ex-wife in front of young daughter after car chase

A New Jersey cop furious over child custody issues ran his ex-wife off the road, then gunned her down in front his young daughter and fellow officers Tuesday morning, authorities said.

Neptune Township Sgt. Philip Seidle put the gun to his head after the killing, keeping Asbury Park cops at a distance for nearly half an hour.

He eventually surrendered and was charged with murder, according to Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni.

“First and foremost our hearts and prayers go out to the Seidle children and the family of Tamara Seidle,” Gramiccioni said.

The terrifying scene played out shortly before noon in a residential neighborhood of Asbury Park.

Philip Seidle — a Neptune, N.J., police sergeant — forced his ex-wife off the road and then shot her through the window of her car in Asbury Park, authorities say.

"It looks like he just snapped," witness Linda Jones, a neighbor who knows Seidle, told the Asbury Park Press. "I'm sad for the wife. I'm sad for the children, I'm sad for him."


Cops handling an unrelated car crash spotted Seidle tailing his ex-wife’s Volkswagen Jetta.

Tamara Seidle had her 7-year-old daughter in the car when she rounded a corner and slammed into a row of parked vehicles, authorities said.

He blasted his ex through the Volkswagen’s window, then allowed officers to take his daughter from the car — only to immediately shoot his wife again afterward, police said.

In witness videos obtained by NJ.com, Seidle can be seen pacing in a peach-colored polo shirt and black shorts, pointing the gun to his temple as officers take cover.

The sound of four shots cuts through the air as Seidle unloaded a second cluster of bullets into the Volkswagen.

He returned the gun to his head and held cops at bay for about 25 minutes, authorities said.

Seidle finally surrendered after fellow officers arrived on the scene.

His daughter wasn’t wounded, authorities said.

Witnesses heard Seidle shouting about an ongoing court battle over the former couple’s nine children, who range in age from 7 to 24, the Asbury Park Press reported.

“The guy was in the middle of the street,” witness Michael Terrell told the paper. “He was saying, ‘I’m tired of going to court.’”

Seidle was a 22-year veteran in Neptune and served four years in the Navy. He split with his wife less than a month ago after nearly 25 years of marriage.

The cop was obsessed with porn and video games, cheated on his wife and often got violent with her. When she was pregnant, he once kicked her in the stomach, and also held a gun to her head and cocked it, according to a divorce complaint obtained by the Asbury Park Press.

He also beat her on her birthday when she fought with him about a charge for pornography on their cable pill, the complaint said.

Seidle was charged with murder, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and endangering the welfare of a child — his daughter.

He was held at Monmouth County Correctional Institute on $2 million bail, and faces 30 years to life in prison if convicted on the murder charge.

(Reuters) - An off-duty police sergeant shot and killed his ex-wife in New Jersey on Tuesday after chasing her down as she drove a car with their 7-year-old daughter inside, authorities said.


Driving an SUV, Phillip Seidle, 51, was pursuing his recently divorced wife, Tamara Seidle, in her car when she crashed into another vehicle in Asbury Park, New Jersey, said Charles Webster, spokesman of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.

Seidle, a 22-year veteran of New Jersey's Neptune Township Police Department, got out with his service weapon, a .40-caliber Glock handgun, and fired several shots into his ex-wife's car from the driver's side, Webster said.

He then made his way to the front of the car and fired more shots at her through the windshield, Webster said.

Seidle surrendered to police some 20 minutes after they arrived at the scene, where he aimed the weapon at himself several times but did not pull the trigger, Webster said.

Tamara Seidle, also 51, was rushed to a local hospital and pronounced dead. The couple's daughter was riding with her in the vehicle at the time of the shooting but was not injured, Webster said.

The couple shared nine children ranging in age from 7 to 24 and they lived in Neptune, authorities said.

Seidle was charged with first-degree murder, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Asbury Park is a popular resort town on the Jersey Shore with about 15,000 residents.

Dude couldn't see his kids and was payin for a house he couldn't even live in....the cool thing was he kept saying the kids would grow up and eventually know the truth, they grew got his side of the story and they're best friends now, hanging almost every weekend,taking trips and shyt, what 19&23 year old u know hangs out with their pops literally every weekend?? It turned out ok , but that shyt was brutal for awhile

If you don't make money, this shyt will create years of darkness. I'm watching a few folks go through this now as I am. Thankfully I have a good paying job so that while it fukking sucks because we have no idea where the money really goes, it could always be worse.
