If the kid would be unwanted or have a major deadly illness it wouldn't be better to terminate the pregnancy?. If you can use actual logic instead of a book that was written thousands of years ago and has been edited so many times its ridiculous than we could have a real discussion. But anything I say you'll come back with its not right/natural so yeahhh.

Are you askin', if the man has little to no visitation, why does he have a problem with child support? Because he's frustrated by his lack of forethought.

Assumin' the father is not a deadbeat, I think the problems are:

The system is outdated. Dudes havin' their kids half the time & still payin' is a problem.

And the penalty... when a man can't afford to care for his kid, he goes to jail. When a women can't afford it, she gets help from the state.

As for women spendin' the money on themselves, I don't know about that one. Hard to say what dollar went where. You have to be fairly wealthy to pay enough to notice a woman spendin' your kid's money.

Sometimes it's not about the guy not being able to pay, it's him not wanting to pay (for whatever reason).
I think I've mentioned here before of someone I am related to that is only supposed to get $35/month (or biweekly, I don't know what it is) from her BD. And he was on his way to going to jail because he WOULDN'T pay that. Like come the fukk on if you can't pay THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS every two weeks/once a month... I'm sure he doesn't want to pay because of his feelings towards the mother, but if he felt she was a raggedy ass bytch (my words), the. He shouldn't have gotten her pregnant. As far as I know this guy hasn't filed taxes in 2 years because he knows {since he doesn't pay} it'll all go to the child support (so instead of her getting $35/$70 at a time, she'll get a couple thousand)

my brother told me I was dumb for thinking that since my bf has his daughter about 3/4 days out of the week that he didn't pay child support. It just seems like it would make sense. You have the kid half the time you don't pay CS.

And i would love you for that. If I had a bedroom with furniture i bought, I'm feeding the child, buying clothes, involved in school,paid tuition, etc. I dont see the need for the "court ordered" child support.
