Add some wild caught salmon, greek yoghurt, leafy greens and eggs. Spread out the consumption of fruit over the course of a month. Avoid red meat and dairy (apart from some Greek Yoghurt). Carbs should mainly come from Sweet Potatoes. Little to no alcohol. Green Tea instead of coffee:ehh:No cheat days.

There are no guarantees with health still, correlation instead of causation. There are people who do all the right things and still get seriously ill and naturally people who live terrible lifestyles but live long, but give yourself a chance. The human body is very intelligent, if you listen it will tell you what you need and don't need. Pay attention to what makes you sluggish, what you have cravings for etc and adjust accordingly.

Bc we've been dumbed down. You might not notice it too much if you confine your media to this century, but I was born in the 80's and read old books- ppl today are idiots. I mean, literally, masters degree holders of today vs hs grads of yore would have you SHOOK. We were watching this last night, listen to how well- educated these 'slum-dwellers' of the 60's sound. We are regressing. We'll be at Idiocracy levels in less than two decades, if it even takes that long.

I eat like this consistently and it does not make me feel sluggish, it actually give me more energy.

Fruits have protein (cherries, avocados, kiwis, bananas and etc)
Stop gassing protien like that most ppl don't work out enough for the amount of protien they consume.

Fruits are essential

Eating all those fruits you won't need to drink as much water as they put in the picture. True water h30 comes from fruits.

This is a good detox. THey should incorporate more chlorophyll heavy greens after the initial 30 days.
Both of you need to go read a book on nutrition and biology. Your body needs protein jn order to get essential amino acids it needs to function. There are 9 of them:
histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.

Your body cannot make these and they are required to be gotten from your food. A complete protein source has all 9 Essential amino acids in it foods like chicken, beef, eggs etc. Fruits are an incomplete source of amino acids. If you only ate fruit and drank water you would eventually die from malnourishment.

I don't understand the mental gymnastic people go through to justify not just buying a food scale and tracking everything you eat :unimpressed:

People throw around the word cleanse so much on these bullshyt diets wtf are you even cleaning?
