Why do some ppl pronounce Arab "AYE-RAB"

In all seriousness @Black Trash! its a linguistic feature in the southeast. Idk the name for it but I know it's real... think 'tHEE-ater' vs 'theater'... There's more examples but I can't think of them right now

It's just a part of some of our dialects.
It's like saying EYE-talians, POElice, or MACKDonald's.
It's just a harmless pronunciation.
Or CE-ment instead “cement”
