the mistake yall make is....
....a lot of you think

The media = white people.

If you actually talk to white people, youll see that most dont give a damn about the shyt yall are talking about.
There was even a poll about that bat flip thing...I think it was something like 70%+ of people said they dont care about it.

As much as you all complain about the media...it seems a lot of you let it shape your view of the world way too much.
Half of the front page is always people complaining about the media and then you equate what the media says about society at large.

I mean...there are dudes on here that still think white people like Ronda Rousey....and thats based strictly on what they see the media says.
Stop being gullible brehs :beli:

My office disagrees with you, breh. Celebrating athletes rub these baby boomers the wrong way for some reason. :skip:

It's entertainment cats wanna act like they are performing brain surgery, I don't understand the dancing thing.

The only thing you shouldn't do it taunt your competitors.

In soccer those dudes go in :lolbron:

But you don't wanna go too far like this legend :mjlol:

I'm around almost nothing but cacs 40-50 hours a week and they absolutely get mad over shyt like this
says more about your situation than people as a whole.

So is it safe to assume that Stephan A represents all black people? :mjlol:
Even in the Cam situation...the player that got mad was black!

I just dont get how yall love to judge a group of people based on a few...
...yet get heated when people do the same to black folks.

Yall falling for the same game that you complain about.

I was going to make a new thread about what I'm posting in there, but I'll just leave it here:

A Tennessee mom to Cam Newton: Here’s what my 9-year-old saw

Tennesee Titans fan Rosemary Plorin of Nashville attended Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers with her fourth-grade daughter. On Monday, she sent us this note she wrote to Panthers’ quarterback Cam Newton:

Dear Mr. Newton,

Congratulations on your win in Nashville today. Our team played well, but yours played better. Kudos to the Panthers organization.

That game happened to be my nine year old daughter’s first live NFL experience. She was surprised to see so many Panthers’ fans sitting in our section of the stadium; that doesn’t happen much at fourth grade football games. And she was excited we were near the end zone, so we would be close to the “action,” particularly in the second half.

Because of where we sat, we had a close up view of your conduct in the fourth quarter. The chest puffs. The pelvic thrusts. The arrogant struts and the ‘in your face’ taunting of both the Titans’ players and fans. We saw it all.

I refuse to believe you don’t realize you are a role model. You are paid millions of dollars every week to play hard and be a leader. In the off season you’re expected to make appearances, support charities, and inspire young kids to pursue your sport and all sports. With everything the NFL has gone through in recent years, I’m confident they have advised that you are, by virtue of your position and career choice, a role model.

And because you are a role model, your behavior brought out like behavior in the stands. Some of the Panthers fans in our section began taunting the hometown fans. Many Titans fans booed you, a few offering instructive, but not necessarily family friendly, suggestions as to how you might change your behavior.

My daughter sensed the change immediately – and started asking questions. Won’t he get in trouble for doing that? Is he trying to make people mad? Do you think he knows he looks like a spoiled brat?

I didn’t have great answers for her, and honestly, in an effort to minimize your negative impact and what was otherwise a really fun day, I redirected her attention to the cheerleaders and mascot.

I could tell she was still thinking about it as we boarded a shuttle back to our car. “I guess he doesn’t have kids or a Mom at home watching the game,” she added.

I don’t know about your family life Mr. Newton, but I think I’m safe in saying thousands of kids watch you every week. You have amazing talent and an incredible platform to be a role model for them. Unfortunately, what you modeled for them today was egotism, arrogance and poor sportsmanship.

Is that what your coaches and mentors modeled for you, Mr. Newton?

Cam is second in votes for the All Star game.
Doesnt seem like people care that much.

Yall pay WAAAAYYY too much attention to ESPN and the like.
ESPN needs to get viewers interested, so they make up stories to get people talking.

I listen and follow to a lot of indie/younger sports news sources and they literally never really talk about the shyt yall do on here.
and when they do, they pretty much say the issue of the day is a waste of time.

Folks are on Cam's dikk this year saying he should be MVP...and yall stuck paying attention to ESPN & other writers make up stories to get viewers and readers.

Why do people keep bringing up the player getting mad? Of course they would, they're the ones getting styled on. The thread as I understand it is about people that (the media and fans) don't have any direct involvement getting upset. And you're silly as hell if you don't think a large amount of white people old and young don't get salty over shyt like this.

Parent is an idiot.
First off, the first thing you learn about football is a fukk'n touchdown dance that mankind did.
So, I don't see what the fukk this goofball parent is talembout.
Second, if you have a loser organization.
You need to explain that when you don't prepare, and lose.
people get to swag on you and the titans are not prepared.
It is as simple as that,...
Not to mention a female should not be the one answering questions about the sport.
A man should have been there to handle that.
Of course as a female parent you could not explain the actions of a person scoring a td.
You are fukking inexperienced parent and inexperienced athlete.
What type of parent teaches their kid footbal and leaves out the dance.

bytch shut up your whole parenting is wack.

Ol never gave your kid a nerf footbal doofus face ass style of parenting.
Ol can't explain a touchdown to a child and you got a big ass real NFL field, right there to make your point.

This letter writer is a clown and a huff ass parent.

Just the level of white privilege and arrogance in this letter is striking.

If this parent is black,...oh just shut the fukk up and go learn how to teach your child how to play football.
It is two simple answers to show why cam danced.
You walk the length of the stadium and when your kid says wow..
This was a long way, you say to score a touchdown.
if you ran all they way to the end zone....
With all those big guys trying to tackle you,...
You would do a dance after that wouldn't you...
Problem solved,.....

Plus, you can kill your kid from being a dumb ass obsessed sports fanatic and point out the mad idiots and their rude reactions.
as negative after cam scored as poor behavior.

Ol pisspoor parenting on display all across the damn world.
On simple shyt, too.
