All over the world people have fun playing baseball.

The japanese have their bat flips.

Dominicans, Cubans, and Puerto Ricans all celebrate when hitting home runs, but in American baseball, if you do any of that stuff, you're gonna get a 90 MPH baseball thrown at your face (as if that's not wayyyyyy worse):mindblown:

They're the same ones who when dudes score touchdowns in football are always the ones crying and complaining about dudes having fun playing a damn game.

Yeah, there's a few old ass nikkaz on that shyt, but most of the anti-fun police are CACs.

Just look at how all of them motherfukkers are reacting to Cam just dancing after scoring a touchdown.

Now, what's so bad about that? The nikka's on an undefeated team, he should be happy.

:skip: Was on First Take talking about how it's not how a QB should act, and I'm like :what:"The nikka's on an undefeated team, let him live".

What is it about them that makes them treat sports like church or something?

In the hood, nikkaz dance or celebrate when we score a touchdown or dunk on somebody. The shyt's not disrespectful, we do that to our homies when we dunk on them ( or at least I did) :mjcry: When I could still dunk

So is #54 for the Titans a c00n for getting offended?:skip:

TYRONE GA!
A lot of them take sports way too serious. Sports aren't that important, or at least they shouldn't be to the people that don't actually play

people conveniently forget that at the end of the day, it's still just ENTERTAINMENT.

I'm trying to see how what you posted runs counter to my point.

These killjoys make up a large portion of sports talk radio and aren't all old
White people don't have a monopoly on being salty.

In baseball, the media isn't the one reminding you of the unwritten rules. Players do. Lastings Milledge was out hi-fiving fans after some AB he had and his own teammates basically told him to fall the fukk back afterward even though all he did was interact with fans (and fans didn't get why players were mad)

In basketball, the other night Mirza Teletovic was out there hoisting a three near the end of the game when the outcome was determined. Austin Rivers shoved him and was like "the fukk? It's over already." Why? He was taught that it's not cool to not do that shyt when others run the clock out. It's not as if media is reminding us of an ethos nobody follows. When someone doesn't "play the game the right way" more often than not it's because another player takes issue with it. This country teaches you to spaz out when shyt doesn't go your way

It's really an American thing imagine the uproar if NFL players and NBA guys did shyt like this -

Dude was air fukking on the field :deadmanny:

I'd pay good money to see some NFL player do that during a Joe Buck called telecast. No, seriously, I'd contribute to a gofundme campaign to cover that man's fine. :mjpls:

They have a monopoly on being angry over dances which doesn't add to the score unlike the description you just gave.

And why are you bringing up the players when we are talking about fans?

Stop with the saving....they own this shyt.

but they love applying standards that even they themselves don't practice, even at a weekend warrior type function.....I use to be in a FF league with a co-worker in DC who straight up and down hated Chad Johnson for showboating but this niqqa scored a TD in a flag game and started using the ball as a prop phone and pretended to take selfies....had me on the sideline like :shaq2:
