The qualities that make men successful with women, by in large aren't reliant on intelligence.

You can be smart but have low self esteem, be a coward, not have a great sense of humor, and carry yourself awkwardly. Intelligence is going to change that.

It also comes to priorities. Society at large promotes career and financial success first, and the women will come. Life is easier for a rich man with no game, than a broke man with game. Smart men overthink things too much. They think so many steps ahead of where they're at that they forget to even start. When they're finally ready to make a move their window has closed. Women want a guy who's socially comfortable enough that he can just act instead of making social interaction a complicated scientific equation.
