Why does cbs nfl broadcast format looks like fox.

I'm just realizing that this preseason game between the packers/raiders is in cbs. All this time I thought I was watching fox. Why are copying fox's style.


On a side it's, raiders look nice. If they had a better qb than schaub they would be legit.
