It was a shock for me when I first came to Atlanta. I always grew up around dogs but this shyt out here is another level.
I lived next to this white couple, they have 3 dogs. A German Shepard, and Two small ass dogs that bark all day because they have anxiety problems. Mind you they live in a fukking studio apartment. Everytime mgmt wants to do inspection they never open the door because they know their house prob smells like straight dog shyt.
At one point I thought they were running a rescue mission out theirbapartment because all their dogs looked ragged and one day I saw them with FIVE dogs.
I almost got attacked by one of these mongrels coming off the elevator. The little white girl looked like she weighed 100 pounds and if that Pitt wanted to really attack, there is no way she could control it.

Whenever I see a dog owner getting pulled by their dog I know they have no training. When I grew up my peoples would not play that pulling the leash shyt. Quickest way for the dog to get tapped up and punished. Can have the dog sitting outside and not make a move until the owner came back outside.
