White girls let their dogs, walk them. No discipline. I had a German Shepard snap at my niece in the park and someone had to jump in to control the door.

Whenever I see a dog owner getting pulled by their dog I know they have no training. When I grew up my peoples would not play that pulling the leash shyt. Quickest way for the dog to get tapped up and punished. Can have the dog sitting outside and not make a move until the owner came back outside.

I was never scared of dogs until that day. I’ve never felt so vulnerable even though I’ve been in some tight situation in my life. That four legged beast had me pinned between a wall with no where to run.
