They’re both like 50. Grown men with pants sagging and unbuckled belts. In lieu of the fat Joe and a few fabolous threads. I felt it was time to shed light on this

Remember breh. Those cats never really could dress all that grimy and thug shyt they was kickin back in the G was partly to cover up the fact that they had no fukkin fashion sense.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Its crazy to me that nobody question Steven jobs who was a bum that was insanely tacky and didn’t dress the way you’d expect many millionaires and billionaires to dress but let’s a black man dress the way he wants to at 59 and here comes nikkas questioning it.

I have no problem with the old hip hop heads dressing baggy or wearing that they want. Just imagine Raekwon wearing skinny jeans

:mjlol:

and like I said in other fashion threads stop pressuring everyone to dress dapper or wear chinos and this is from someone who does wear chinos and dapper but I totally understand someone who doesn’t want to wear that type of wardrobe that takes much more time to plan out than just throwing on some nice jeans and a nice shirt

thats how they feel :yeshrug:

crazy thing about being older is youre brain feels the same as you did when you were 22
kinda hard to explain

time just creeps up on you
Bruh I’m glad you said this. For the longest I had been trying to determine am I stuck in feeling 23 because I’m not doing something I should be or is it just that way? I don’t feel bad I just feel 23 and get to thinking should I feel older?

They dress like they did for most of their lives,I'm not with sagging your pants but that's more of a stylistic choice than me wanting to show how mature I can dress for people I could two give two ducks about.

They’re like 60, you dress the same way you did when you were 13? :gucci:

I actually do - hood preppy. I even got sweaters and some shirts from when I was 17-18, and I'm in my 40s. That's that great RL quality.

Rae is actually one of the sharpest dressers. He, Nas & A always had that timeless street style. Ghost always been an extravagant one - dude was rocking robes and Tonka truck style jewelry. Except for the pants saggin, which is a style choice and something he's always done...he pretty much dresses his age. Most of the first generation of hip-hop pretty much dress like they did back then.

i just wanted to get the booths opinion of older rappers not dressing their age :ehh:

some good insight to remember for the next fabolous thread that gets made
reality check

entertainers are not beholden to those archaic rules furthermore most people today don't follow that outdated mind set neither.

NOTICE you didn't post any actual fits you deem "age appropriate" just saying what isn't. if you ventured down that path your whole shyt would get picked apart in seconds. This ain't back in the day
