:mjlol:

Son above said he'd rather have a bunch of mediocre songs than a smash worldwide hit.
He said who's playing "stand up" and "grillz" and conveniently avoided "Hot in Herre" "Dilemma " and everything else on the list. They do this shyt unknowingly. :heh:

I was in the car with my shorty the other day and "Dilemma" came on and it was still pretty sweet :ehh:

All of this Drake sales/radio talk and the one second I bring up a #1 hit, all of that shyt doesn't matter and isn't relevant when discussing his impact :mjlol:
So because they ain't number ones they "mediocre", so song position signifies quality :mjlol:

Outside of Ye's shyt and In da Club and maybe Hot In Here none of them shyts is really getting play like that...I simply picked two random songs out of the ones you listed who is playing them shyts point still stands. Most of that early 2000's Ja Rule/Nelly/Luda/Missy shyt sounds wack today... :francis:

Drake's So Far Gone material gets more play than Live Your Life and Whatever You Like in 2015, and only a few months seperate he and T.I.'s releases :umad:

Dilemma came on in the whip? :duck:

He doesn't need a number one when he has records for songs on the Billboard, when there was a stretch when damn near everything hip hop related was either his own song or a different song in which he was featured in with a verse or hook. He doesn't need a #1 when he is consistently in the top 10 is that so hard to comprehend.

:wtf:

Son, you can't comprehend that yet I'm the idiot, you over here comparing artists cross generation talking about #1 hits you can't compare chart position and sales like that. Do you know how many factors can affect whether a single goes number one or not? It's not that simple... :heh:

Also, you realize Drake's been apart of more multi-Platinum selling singles than some of the guys in the OP. :francis:

there you go trying to insult me again for Daddy Dwake :pachaha: :wrist:
I've said a lot of positive things on this board about him. You think its a coincidence I wrote that shyt out and then deleted it? :mjlol: everything I do is calculated. You see how that was like months ago and you fakkits are still bringing it up like it happened yesterday:scust:

You remember everytime someone says something bad about Dwake? :wrist:

I've made threads praising a lot of his tracks. I called SFG a personal classic. I said Take Care was very good. I said he opened the door for the next generation. I said "The Ride" is one of the best songs of the decade and a personal favorite. Just earlier i was saying how I loved 6PM. @OneManGang dapped that I think

This is all shyt that I've posted, yet somehow. You stans are making it seem like I go around hating on him all of the time. Like females, all the good shyt you say doesn't matter. But You tell her once that she gained a little weight and your public enemy number one. You lil nikkas act like his GF and I prove it more and more every post.

The saddest part is, you don't even realize you're being a delusional fakkit. That metaphorical deepthroat you're giving him is blocking your judgment and the tears from the pain of his dikk hitting the back of your throat is clouding your vision.

It's sad. Because real talk, I've said more good then bad about him. You fakkits just didn't notice because you're so busy making sure his balls are dust free, you can't see what's going on. :francis:

His fans are fakkits and I keep proving that. Well you keep proving it.

Now hits ain't important :ahh:

And nah I met him when I was 15 and 16. Dude was cool af. But you see that emotional attachment you got?

"Somebody don't like my daddy Dwake so he must have gotten his girl stolen by daddy Dwakes charm or daddy Dwake must not have touched his hands with his soft succulent skin :wrist:"

You don't even sound like you're talking bout a rapper. You sound like how my cousin used to sound for Usher in the confessions era. Or how I would imagine a Female Prince groupie to sound in the 80s :laff:

Listen to yourself you fakkit. :russ: Grown men don't talk about other grown man like that. Not even on some joking Dame shyt. You really sound gay right now :heh: You stopped talking about the music and went into some shyt about his looks :scust: I'm tellin you, you nikkas are IN LOVE with that man :bryan:

:squmad:
Shyt wasn't that long ago, and I thought you didn't delete it? :mjpls:

Is it Oochie Wally or One Mic? :mjpls:

Breh, I don't care if nikkas hate Drake it's whatever like I said his catalog speaks for itself. :manny:

More often then not you trying to shyt on him, at times it's looked like you're praying for his downfall, when you do praise him it tends to be backhanded compliments, you make threads about him I never have, I'd be willing to bet his name is in your posts way more than mine :francis:

So him not having a #1 is proof that he's all hype? what? Iggy azealea is legit all "hype", no talent, and she has a #1 hit.

also, you claim that drake doesnt have a #1 because he lacks quality, but since when did nikkas start believing in and championing the argument that radio play = quality??? Only when it can be used to discredit nikkas they dont like?

and he'll survive when the next big thing comes around by doing the same exact thing he did when kendrick, rocky, etc. blew up.

struggle hate thread
well damn :dead:

Number one don't really mean shyt. This nikka has kept 3 or 4 song in heavy rotation his entire career. Half of which have been throwaways.

What's making you more money? 1 or 2 number 1's or 20 consecutive hits?

Who really knows? Birdman ain't payin that nikka anyway,

But, #1'hits matter. They're remembered more. He has the world on his back like no one in history and still can't hit #1. It's very telling.

20 years from now people don't going to be ale to recite chart positions. General public is clueless about that anyway. They will however remember that 5-10 years when one artist dominated their radio, club experience.

Personally I think kid is a cornball he sounds like a bytch on record but he's having the most impressive run I've ever seen.

Yeah, nikkas have dominated before. And nikkas have fallen off before too. It's just weird to me he doesn't have a number one.

And I disagree, it may not be about chart position. But most #1s set the world on fire.

When Doves Cry?
Thriller?
Billie Jean?
In Da Club?
Gold Digger?

And a whole gang of #1s by artist that can be played 10- 20 years later.

Most of them matter. There's no way around it.

Yeezy got 4. "Stronger" "Heartless" "GoldDigger" and "Slow Jamz"

Nelly has 4 "Dilemma" "Hot In Herre" "Tail Feather" and "Grillz"

Luda got 2 "Stand Up" "And Money Maker"

Tip Got 2. "live Your life" with Rihanna and the one he did on his own "Whatever You Like"

50 got 3 "In Da Club" "21 Questions" and "Candy Shop"

Big did it. Pac did it. Jay did it. Why can't Drake? :francis:

Just weird considering he's supposed to be one of the biggest stars in rap history. And then you know, the radio picks up all his songs anyway. And his throwaways are being nom'd and getting major radio play, soo what's he missing :patrice:

This is More proof that Drake is all hype and no quality. Dude is universally hyped, and is supposedly bigger than any other rapper in history and yet he ain't got a number 1 record in his career. How is he gonna survive when the next hot guy comes, when he can't even get a number one record at his peak. When everyone is checking for him? This just means that his songs aren't good, they don't stick. The songs are getting play because they're from him and not because they are good songs.

Most rap songs that go #1 (on the Hot 100, not the rap chart which barely even matters because anyone can top that) are classic songs that can still get the party started years later.

No classics. No #1 records and that's valid cause I know, you Drizzy stans love talking about sales, and how much they hear Drake everywhere they go. Why hasn't he had a number 1 hit? With all the hype and all the cosigns, and all the "Drake controls the radio". Why hasn't he been able to do it? :ohhh:

About to be 4 albums in and still no #1 hit. With the world watching his every move and rushing to every song he drops. At this rate Kendrick might have a number 1 hit before him. :francis:

no classics. No numbers ones.? :snooze: For a guy who has said himself that he makes songs for the radio, how you ain't got one? :smh:

Op your argument is off....Youre saying Drake is hype because white people havent given him a #1. I noticed you forget to mention Nas dont have a number 1.....so because white people havent given Nas a #1 we are supposed to dismiss Nas aswell? KRS, Rakim, Kane....Ice Cube....None of them have #1s. Your argument is off homie.
