the us is a penal colony.
plus chicago has always been used.
as the litmus test for big city american racial segregation built discovery zones for applied knowledge.

this country makes these issues on purpose in our communities.
then, plays narcissistic deflection based games about it.

it will get worse.
as, they will deflect racism, segregation, like it does not exist.

Black people need to start shaming kids who don't perform well academically. Being a bad student needs to become the most repulsive thing for Black children to be with obese coming in a close second.
