I think you're on the right track but it really starts with parenting. Shame bad parents who make bad choices and then pass on their lifestyle to their kids.

Enough with the pass the buck mentality. It starts with all of us. Too many black people enable this fvckery we're witnessing. Not enough of us are willing to call a spade a spade and say "Get a job, you sh!tbag," or "Babygirl, you're stupid as fvck if you're going to keep that baby."
