The MMA fanbase is mostly racist, and they along with the UFC follow a narrative of MMA>>>>>>>Boxing and ball sports (established sports many black people love) which alienates a lot of people. It's also heavily marketed towards beer drinking, tatted up bro's and Harley riders. If they lost the monster truck aesthetics, stopped putting down Mayweather and the sport of boxing, and marketed some of their non-white athletes better they'd be able to reach a bigger audience.

It's a dope ass gym breh. I got my girl taking Muay Thai too. I fukking love it now, especially BJJ. They have kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, and some branches have straight MMA classes.

Matter fact I need to out my GI in my car so i can go to class tomorrow.

EDIT: also Clint Hester teaches kickboxing there. I saw him there once and was shocked cause he didn't look that big at all. I ain't want them problems though
