There are always bad cops. Always will be.

However, those who more represent us are less likely to violate people who look like us if they know what we go through.

It doesn't mean they get weak on crime, just that they're more likely to treat us with dignity

I suggested it in the Mike Brown thread, and c00ns came in droves to tell me theres no difference between a Black and a cac cop so we are better off just sticking with those pasty swine pieces of shyt..I mean, really breh..

Ferguson has 53 cops, only 3 are Black and the rest cacs.
I said it would also create much needed professional jobs but c00ns didnt see it. Why are those 50 cacs allowed to earn a decent living abusing and patrolling Black neighborhoods???Ferguson is a low income area as they say, so first priority is to create jobs there for Blacks who are the majority.Those should be Black jobs plain and simple.

I suspect if there was a movement to transfer all the cac swine out of Black areas and replace them with actual Black members of the community there would be a cac outcry. cacs want their own to guard over us whilst earning a salary.

I wouldn't mind if there were a sizable amount of black people working in my department. If I was one of the 2 or 3 token cops in the PD working in a predominantly black district then I wouldn't feel right about it.

A long time ago, there was an old dude who went to my barber shop who was a cop.
He used to try to convince us to be cops...in between telling us about his fellow cops that he couldn't stand.

Id agree with more black judges and black jury members for cases with black people rather than more black cops.

Because that force is a tool of white supremacy.. and even those with the best intentions as police officers end up acting out the agenda . Plus police meetings and the media causes police 'threat perception' when dealing w certain groups n communities to be heightened ... so a brother may essentially become a cac for an instance during an incident.

Ntm, we can form our own educational and defense forces for our own community , if you want to solve issues. Video surveillance task forces filming police, militias protecting the streets.

I can just picture the evening briefings before the pigs head out to patrol for the night..anytime youre in a room with cacs discussing Black folks and their business, its the worst feeling ever.
