Why Don't more rappers use live bands instead of dj's?

It doesn't always work well. I was at a Nas concert last year, and the live band basically ruined almost every song. Two electric guitars, and the the drums were too loud (and unnecessary, since Green Latern was there too and the sound system was top notch).
Shame nobody told Nas there's only one or two songs in his catalog that has an electric guitar.

Hip hop didnt come from live bands..it came from the DJ..keep it true to its original form
