Why hasn't any NFL team offered Usain Bolt a contract?

He wouldn't be the first track star that tried out and failed in the NFL. But real talk we only say this about Bolt cause he considered the "fastest man in the world" but we could say that about any of the other racers in the Olympics as far as potentially playing in the NFL. Cause all of them are the best of the best in the world.

He makes over 30 million per year and he is an international superstar, a lot bigger than any player in the NFL.
Go outside of the US and try finding people who know JJ Watt is. Have you ever thought about people enjoying different sports. What you should ask is about other dudes that are 0.5 seconds slower than Bolt and making "regular" salaries.

Maybe he wouldn't or doesn't want to learn a whole new athletic thing at almost 30? He's making tons of cash and is the GOAT in his sport, not much to want to change.

It's a lot more to being a wide receiver than being fast.

He gotta run routes
Learn a playbook
Block
Get hit
Catch the damn ball
Be able to run after the catch after contact
Be able to fend of dbs trying to jam him at the line of scrimmage
