because that term in this type of context means someone born into leading them up to being a teenager before they become an adult …. so you using the second greatest economy which happened in the mid to late 90s it’s absolutely ridiculous …. because we were in our mid-20s to early 30s back then
Which essentially means yall was handed the second graders economy from that era because y’all was babies/teenagers back then … as I previously posted we were babies/teenagers when the 2nd worst economy happened in the late 70’s/early 80’s … BTW that Recession was way worse than in 2007

And yes we didn’t have a physical war but we had something called the Cold War and that Cold War was way more serious than been Iraq and Afghanistan war because let’s keep it a buck Al-Qaeda and the Taliban nothing more than a muslim gang … on the other hand Russia was a super power and had as many nuclear weapons as we did and made it be known that they had no problem using it …. we grew up in a time where you didn’t know if the world was gonna end due to the US and Russia getting into World War III …. shyt, I remember being a kid and the teacher every several weeks having to do bomb drills & having us crawl under our desk to take cover

And yes we did have our own pandemic it was a little bit different but very significant towards our generation and it was called aids/HIV

Finally I don’t know how you’re going to blame climate change on us … scientist discovered this potential calamity way back in the 60s

Man, im not a millennial, im a Gen Z. I gotta say though. Millennials were handed the biggest POS economic outlook in this nation's history. The housing market is TERRIBLE, school costs the most its ever cost, and wages are the lowest they've been in generations.
YOU led them into a life of extreme debt and economic pain.

Breh lets keep it buck all these generations overlap. Gen X still got fukked in the last 4 decades also. They grew up in reagan era cutting all school and social programs. Missed out on pension opportunities cause that shyt was cut after 9/11. Graduated from college and or just started a family when 9/11 happened. Then once they got on their feet 2007/2008 happened. Many of their parents they supporting cause 9/11 and 2007/2008 whipped out their retirement.

So all this woe is me I am a millennial shyt need to chill cause they older brothers and sisters who were gen x got caught up in the same economical issues.

I’m a Gen X and I kinda disagree.

at the end of the day, if you want something, you gotta take it. And if you get hit with obstacles, you adapt and overcome.

Gen X should be savvy enough to be able to adapt to anything. And if we don’t adapt, it’s because we don’t need to.

Breh I will take all the issues gen x and millennials got over the shyt boomers and younger boomers had to deal with.

My dad talks to this day of friends hiding and shyt so they wouldn't get drafted to vietnam. Kats leaving to Canada cause they got a drafted. Drugs and crime all outside far worse than what you see now. Constant riots of the 60s and 70s where whole black neighborhoods getting burned down. All the while as a black people you literally have no rights on the books. And no jobs.
