Look what yall had to do to get it there though. Yall had to make acts that were fun loving and positive like Kid N Play Special Ed Black Sheep or Das Efx look lame instead of co-existing and everbody eating. c00n shyt if you ask me. After all the shyt the previous generations before went through to get us to a better standing in America yall clowns threw it away. People talk about Gen X raising Millenials but all the Millenials I know came from Boomers.
Maybe because we're 80s babies but older Millenials have Silent Generation and Boomer parents mostly. Our older siblings and cousins are Gen X.
Only real differences I've noticed between Xers and Millenials (born before 1990) is that Xers were much more "off the chain" as a group in terms of sex, drugs etc. Millenials....we were either goody-goody or damn near serial killers. Not as much of a middle ground. Surveillance was much stronger for us so we couldn't get away with nearly as much shyt as our big brother Xers.
Millenials are also more liberal as a group. No matter how anti-establishment Xers were....they legacy of Reagan rubbed off on them more than they thought. They mistrust Democrats as much or more than Republicans.
Millenials lean Democrat only because we think they're more useful to our goals....not so much that we "trust" them.

Gen X for the most part, is the older brother gen that got all the good shyt the Boomers fed.

It's done on purpose. Its to keep minorities out of those professions (as a whole). Before, back in the 60s, 70s, 80s, they could just not hire blacks and hispanics. Now they put up a bunch of requirements knowing the average minority won't meet them and the applicant pool will skew white. And then if that doesn't work...its about you being a cultural fit. I guarantee 20 or 30 years from now there will be research studies about it with companies admitting they did this, just like they admitted to redlining, deed covenant restrictions or mortgage and business loan discrimination years after the fact.
