:dwillhuh:Are niccas forgetting Candidate Obama and all the promises he made before the republicans came through and tossed them into the bushes? Is President Obama the status quo now? I would think it would be smart to build upon what Obama has already accomplished as Hillary wants to do and vote for her, and not govern from the Far left like Bernie is trying to do.

Lets dispel another notion (no Marco Rubio) that Bernie is going to have some massive turn out nationally to be able to have a mandate if he gets into office. Obama was a historic candidate and brought out the masses, Bernie is not going to get that same love.
If he gets in office I'm going to see him get sworn in MOST DEFINITELY.

Playing dumb, I see. :smhkobe:

What else should I have expected from two Hillary supporters? She's the most self serving candidate in the entire field including Trump and you're pleading ignorance on the status quo? :smhkobe:
I like Bernie as a man, and as a senator.

Not as a president.

This whole message is why Black people never get shyt. Cape for corruption, and KNOW it's happening, but it's okay, because Dems are doing it. Meanwhile, Hil ain't ssaid shyt about police brutality, and they're so resentful that Obama got Blacks in charge first, they're gonna do the same thing Obama did to you and sing some Negro spirituals to you, while pushing you outta the White liberal woman's way progression-wise.

We keep trying to lead from further and further right, resisting any bit of change if it's challengd, when our problems demand left solutions. I want the receipts on who is really controlling our president and Congress, and Bernie will definitely get a bill passed that would make Congress far more transparent. You need to know who is really in control, because they're a funneling billions of dollars back to them off millions of dollars in legalized bribery. This is coming directly from the taxpayer.

You are enabling a system that will permanently keep us slanted downwards, as he have to cut more of the things we need, to keep the top funded, as they increase CEO and executive pay, and give a pipeline of progression for Congress people to lobby and/or work for after they've done their bidding.

We also need massive regulation in our banking sector and an end to wasteful tax cuts, repatriation, and subsidies for the most profitable companies on the planet, so we don't have to continue to use Social Security as an undercover tax on everyone to fund these cocktail parties we never get invited to.

This is simply crony capitalism being brought to you by the Democrats now. Some of ya'll really need to read George Orwell's Animal Farm. We're getting played to decrease our expectations and accept corruption, to reduce our overall voter power, when it's going to be more important to check the excesses of power.
All the regulation in the world won't help black people. Its not meant to.

So this is why I always say that its really on us to take charge of our own destiny and stop pretending ike sweeping legislation outside of reparations is going to help us.

Theres too much money at stake and at play here just to pretend like as Americans we weren't born on 2nd base, globally speaking.

The parties select th e candidate in the general election. Am I talking about the general election or the primaries? When I ask you why there are only 2 democratic members as viable candidates, is that in reference to the general election or the primaries.

Don't Worry Though. You already admitted that hillary is strong arming candidates. That's all I needed.
Money and power.

Thats all its ever been. If you didn't have either, you need a message.

The left is notoriously hard to herd. Its like herding cats.

It is, what it is.

No worries. It's not going to happen.
I don't think Hilary will win the primaries. Also, if it's Rubio Vs Sanders it could go either way. Clinton has lied to much to win a primary. Hell, she even lost to an unknown Barrack Obama in 08. Sanders is picking up steam now.

Answer the question though. Are you accusing Obama of being the status quo? Because if Hillary is the status quo than Obama definitely had to be the status quo.
I'm saying BOTH are the status quo. Bush II had the most corrupt administration, but let's not act like while everyone in his cabinet has proven to be corrupt and servers of either the military industrial complex, neoliberal banking order, or K Street II builders, that Obama's the lone saint. I don't get the simping for the dude at all.

But we can't keep supporting candidates just because they're Black and shyt. Holder didn't prosecute a single bank, outside of a few fines (and still let them not admit guilt, but a little malfeasance from economy wrecking FRAUD), and then strolled right back to his powerful law firm that serves Wall Street and the banks. We cosigned that shyt.

Don't know how we're gonna do shyt for ourselves if we keep willing keeping our eyes closed when Black people commit economy breaking crimes, and we suffer the brunt of it. When things get shaky, the adage is right: last hired, first fired. We need so support candidates that are going to fight hard to do the shyt that we most benefit from. I don't care if he can't fully get it done, but Bernie (as well as Elizabeth Warren) is going to fight like hell to get colleges free. I don't think that will happen, but a decent subsidy will really help out a lot.

Coupled with a single payer health care system, he will knock out our worst problems. Multi-nationals don't like hiring Americans because they have to contribute to our health care, and this would take the burden off them, as well as kick out the for-profit insurance companies, making services a lot cheaper and reducing overhead.

We have to hold our politicians accountable for the deepening hole they keep digging, left or right. But education, and real utilization of what you are learning (meaning fukk all the group think we be doing and use more critical and independent thought) will take these chains off, without the need for reparations and other shyt White people are going to make sure won't happen.

Brian Williams just on the TV like we forgot about his fukkery :mjlol:

Speaking of fukkery I had to hear half of these guys in here who support Bernie call Obama every name in the book for not doing enough and now the same people are acting like Bernie is A.) getting elected and B.) will walk on water against a Republican ran house. We've either entered the twilight zone or the Bernie camp is made up of dementia patients.
