Obama doesn't even talk about those two liberal lions. Only president he consistently reps is Ronald Reagan. The press tries to make him out to be Abraham Lincoln, who was thinking about letting the South have slaves back to stop the war.
Obama had an FDR mandate in 2008, with a supermajority, and turned into a sober Andrew Johnson. People gotta stop caping here. It's like a serial cheater, and folks wonder why he don't respect his beautiful girl. Obama already got the Blacks, and they go with his lies and bullshyt. Gotta demand better. He'd fukk up good policy to go after Susan Collins, Olympia Snowe, Ben Nelson, and Mary Landrieu....a still don't get them after the forced amendments. He don't have them, so he has to offer more.
We needed to be like that, to some extent, to make him a better president. Got a huge stimulus passed that was 50% tax cuts, mismanaged the shovel worthy jobs, and now he's proposing a 10.25 tax on oil to make up for his stupiditu, which is going to hurt us when it passes, so he can help Wall Street speculators. His rare tax hike, that fukks the working class.

Not in their districts we dont. Democrats fukked up by not voting in the midterm before the census. Thats when districts were redrawn and republicans gerrymandered themselves into iron clad safe districts. The next chance to do anything about the House is 2020 when the next census is taken.
You conveniently leaving out that the majority you speak of included people like Joe Lieberman, indpendant/democrats who didnt support his agenda. Ted Kennedy was sick and couldnt vote in the senate, then once he passed a republican took his seat in a special election, in addition to that Al Franken was going through some fukkery in Minnesota and didnt get sworn in until later in 2009. It was a pretty big story that in order for the democrats to have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate, Ted Kennedy would need to be wheeled in from his death bed. So no, Obama did not have a super majority in the Senate for any reasonable amount of time and still faced opposition from his own caucus in the house.

tax cuts and iraq? the bush tax cuts were expiring and even he didn't want taxes on the middle class to go up and the republicans didn't want to clinton rates for anyone, especially the rich. so that was a moment of compromise where the top tax rates went up a little instead of to the old clinton top rate. the departure from Iraq had to do with a status of forces agreement that bush signed.I do know what I'm talking about. and i don't think obama has ever stated he doesn't agree with republicans. they may have tried to paint him as a radical but he's always had moments of philosophical agreement with centrist republicans like ray lahood and chuck hagel. and gates wasn't a bad secretary of defense to keep on for a new president. all those republicans on that wiki page are centrists who wouldn't be welcomed in today's republican party. you were quick to try and claim super majority in the senate when one of the people making up the hypothetical 60 was arlen specter, a moderate republican who obama convinced to change teams.
