Why is Ebro one of the hosts of Hot 97's morning show now?

I like Ebro and the juanepstein duo is cool but breakfast club got the right element. Nobody wanna hear k foxx's attitude that doesn't match the dynamic of ciph or rosenberg. They'd be good if there was no competition.

i was trying to listen to the new Juan Ep with Too Short and as soon as he comes in all he does is talk about how he grew up in Oakland and his dad did this & heis cousin did that and keeps spittin Short lines out for no reason.

I'm in the car for about an hour every morning, and I can say quite frankly they're both pretty terrible, but Hot 97 is way fukking better. Morning hip hop radio nowadays is trash anyways, every fukking day some housewife of atlanta or love and hip hop whore is the guest. At least Cipha and Rosenberg come out and admit how fukking wack it is that these people are considered "celebrities"

Charlamange is terrible, can't stand listening to that dude. He's basically a hip hop groupie.

I remember seeing Rosenberg responding to a tweet and stating that they may be behind in the ratings, but they're killing them in ad dollars.

but this dude ebro really thinks he's gonna save the station. he's a program director & should just act as such. he's all over the morning show now, he's all up in the VH1 TV show now, etc. he really thinks he's a star...

i thought this was a STUPID IDEA AS WELL..who da fukk let's the PROGRAM DIRECTOR become a RADIO PERSONALITY or even think the radio audience wants to hear that??

Even small market urban stations don't even do that shyt......i swear HOT 97 is really digging it's grave........nothing seems to work for them , and they just seem desperate......

Steve Smith was the first and BEST PD they had..that white boy allowed the personalites and deejays to be who they are without little interference from "management" since then it's been going down the drain...

Tracy Cloherty who was the heir to Steve was good because she continued Steve's methods and did a damn good job with making Summer Jam the marquee event that it has been known to be....

but she fukked up by letting Flex get the big head as well as the oversight regarding the BLANTANT PAYOLA practices occuring at HOT 97...

it became the ROMAN EMPIRE over thier and now it is clearly in it's demise...

i guess the RZA was a prophet when he stated "HOT 97 the place where HIP HOP DIES!!"

I don't mind Ciph and Rosenberg. But I gotta admit fux wit Power 105 when I'm getting ready for work. As far as all the reality show bullshyt, you know they're all in bed with VH1. Angela Yeezy on the shyt, Ebro on the shyt, Weave Foxx all of them
