I'm trying to tell yall, I'm not just fishing for daps, they are phasing blacks out of the employment sector. They what you to be DEPENDENT; either on welfare and unemployment to which they will give and take away your benefits as they feel; you will work low wage jobs so you can't afford to live; and if you do get a break they want you isolated, thats why their are few blacks and other minorities in decent wage jobs, swimming in a sea of white people - they want you to feel vulnerable to their demands.

I was trying to get a seasonal part time jobs so ive been going to all the little shops in the mall and filling out apps. Only problem is no one will hire me they all want you to have experience or a bachelor degree or they just want too much of me physically and emotionally. Or they want you to fill out those dumb ass online applications that take an hour to complete and ask you the same question over and over. Im not doin that shyt I havent had a regular job since I was in high school in 2008. Plus the jobs that will hire me are shytty ass $9.00/hr jobs that want you to do WAYYY too much work for too little amount of money. I feel like my past has spoiled me because I dont want to work for $70 dollars a day before taxes when I was making quadruple that in less than an hour. Im not cleaning up bathrooms or standing on my feet doing hard labor for that small amount of money. Plus im not taking no drug test and I dont want to stop smoking weed. I guess I can say I tried but at the end of the day those little "respectable" jobs just arent for me.

I bet your resume has your last job listed as 2008. That's a huge red flag. I wouldn't hire someone for a decent job with that long of a gap. If you get a crappy job then so be it. Gotta sacrifice for your son. You can't work at a strip club all your life.

i agree finding a good ass job is hard but if u want one u need to start by stop smoking. Them good ass jobs ARE going to do a pee test. Also try doing volunteer work, it could maneuver a way into a job or at least u can use it as experience.

Don't mean to be harsh but you are spoiled, you complain about finding a decent job is so hard, yet you have no job skills, yet you aren't willing to stop being a weedhead, yet you expect a respectable decent place of employment to abide by your schedule and give you flexibility

See most people that want a job sacrifice, it may not be glamorous but it pays the bills and gives them skills, most people start at the bottom and work their way up, most people don't try to come in and start demanding things like you gotta be flexible with my hours and things.

I dont think wanting to make a livable wage is being spoiled. my rent is $2495 a month, my car insurance is $140 a month, health insurance is $650 a month, childcare is $250 a week, i spend about $800 a month on food, gas is another $200ish a month just to get to and from, and then theres clothes, toys, cable, utilities, entertainment, hair/nail/eyebrow appointments, etc. How can I do that with $9/hr? I dont even need it to cover everything but a job like wont even really put a dent in my bills.

I do agree its time to stop smoking weed but its hard. and i have a medical marijuana card but they dont care about that. ugh.
