How? Mike and Ronnie were the rappers of the group and Ricky was basically the leader and only singer of the group. And Ricky wasn't no half ass singer. He's one of the most underrated R&B singers ever. I don't think their combo of rapping and singing really effected anyone. Because true R&B was still crazy popular after BBD fizzled out.
