People in the 80s and 90s were saying the same thing about stuff not being as good as it was in the 50s and 60s. All the entertainment today is still fresh in your mind so you remember all the wack shyt. There were plenty of shytty movies, music, and tv shows in the 80s and 90s, it's just that no one talks about them anymore so you forgot them.

In 2044 someone's gonna make a thread asking why entertainment isn't as good as it was in 2014. By then no one'll remember today's garbage.

i hate when people try to say this. use some logic.

kids were in high school saying that hip-hop was dying as far back as a decade ago(before nas ran with it). this has nothing to do with a generation gap. stop trying to equate this to a bunch of 60 year olds talking down about music in the '80s and '90s that they were 3 or 4 generations of genres removed from.

this chit is getting to be on the level of people trying to compare gay rights to affirmative action.
