If he was a free agent, you might have a point but he signed a contract to play for the Spurs through the coming season.
Sitting out or demanding a trade is insubordination. Without even getting into whether or not he was mistreated or is justified in wanting to leave, the slave shyt isbecause they are bound by a contract that was signed voluntarily by both parties.
