Why is Michelle Beadle allowed to talk about Kawhi with such hatred ? :dahell:

Got hurt. Was rushed back before he was ready. Re-injured himself. Understood that the Spurs are no different than anyone other front office. Refused to engage. Some people only give you one time to fukk them over. After that its fukk you forever. :yeshrug:
False.

He got hurt from the ankle injury vs Zaza.
Later that’s summer, in August, the Spurs have him the freedom to pursue his own rehab with his own outside doctor for his quad injury. The Spurs were not involved in the rehab whatsoever and Kawhi’s team never allowed them to participate or supervise the recovery.

Kawhi returned for 9 games.
Went back out.
Promised the team several times that he was returning. Never returned.

Dude didn't even show up to support his teammates in the playoffs. He wanted to be in L.A from the jump and used this as an excuse to get there.

Just like they didnt support him by questioning how hurt he was and saying (to the media) that their injury was worse :yeshrug:

This is a case of a black man acting in his own best interest and yall in here mad :scust:

When your injured teammate tells you he’s gonna return on like 5 different dates and never returns...and the media keeps asking you when he’s coming back....after a while you aren’t wrong to tell the media “go ask that mufukka. Cuz I don’t know”

I'd assume that he wasnt ready and keep it moving.. I wouldnt call into question the seriousness of his injury. And Pop was trying to use the media to put pressure on Kawhi

They didnt do that. They called into question the seriousness of his injury. Pop tried playing mind games thru the media and it backfired..

Imagine being a Spurs fan. You would be hot.

I wouldnt be happy that my team isnt at its best, but once I see that the person is looking out for his best interest, it would be :yeshrug:

Even as a youngin, I wasnt mad at Shaq because he wanted as much as he could get from LA. I wanted him and Kobe to work it out, but if Shaq was going for that bag in the interest of himself, then go get it. Getting mad that they are acting out in their best interest when thats exactly what the teams do is silly stuff. This is a business that teams try to turn into "family" and "loyalty" because that works in their best interest.

Yea Im not watching a 1 hr video to find out whatever point you want to make :comeon:

But of course you dont think so. You thought you had another mindless robot like Duncan who would look out for the team's best interest before his own. Kawhi shut that shyt down quick...

I wouldn't think such that. Pop was not using the media to pressure him. Or at least I don't think.

Allegedly, pop was mentioning how we should "ask kawhi and his group that question" every day because he himself had no idea what was going on. He was legitimately asking us to ask him that, not trying to poke fun. He got frustrated with hiding the real story and pretty much stopped trying to defend Kawhi's camp. It's as if he was done trying to play games.

What you’re saying is you won’t consider the evidence/reporting.

Well I guess I know how to classify you now.

People acting in their own best interest isn't always honorable. It can be selfish. I don't defend teams when they force players to play through pain and then throw them in the bushes when they get hurt. It's a business but it warrants criticism, even if the team was just doing what was best for itself.

Anyone who automatically sides with either the player or the team is going to be hypocritical at times.

What's even more of a way to connect the dots is that back in November they said the injury was very "perplexing".

So perplexing? Because they never saw an injury like this before? Or because they were kept in the dark about it and had no idea how to treat it?

And for the record the overall gist of what she is saying is right. Leonard has handled this piss poor. But this bytch has to flaunt her superiority saying he can’t leave unless they get what they want like he a prison bytch on the tier. He’s entitled like this bytch not on TV because of her connected father despite failing and no one liking her. fukk her

As usual, you fail to understand anything being said. I haven't said anything about what he owes to the public or Michelle Beadle so you can fukk off with that, He signed a contract to play and if he is trying to bytch his way out of it, that's insubordination. Doesn't matter how many guys have done it in the past. Whether it's a player or an organization that's in the wrong, that warrants criticism.

You're just :cape: for him because he is rumored to prefer the Lakers but if a Laker was doing this or if Kawhi ends up going somewhere else, you'd be shytting on them worse than Beadle because you're a bytch like that.

It's fukk ownership all day with me, but I agree with the bolded. As a man, when you sign a contract you're basically giving you're word. For me, I try to make my word gold, because that speaks to my personal integrity (not to say I'm without flaws).

Ownership can trade you anytime they want, and they definitely fukked up about it, but if you signed your name to the contract then you agreed to those terms.

here's an old interview of the GOAT (1990) where the interviewer asked him how does it feel to NOT be the highest paid player in the league and
MJ said (and I'm paraphrasing)

"I signed the contract, and if players that have a stronger leverage point than me are able to get better contracts that's great. Everybody knows I should be getting paid more but I signed a contract and I gotta live by that and I'm not going to complain and gripe about something I signed my name to"
