Why is soccer the world's sport?

This is a bad argument. The amount of top level soccer leagues is much greater than the amount of pro basketball leagues. Hence why it's easier...Which is debatable seeing as more people play soccer worldwide and have the necessary minimum requirements to play at a high level as compared to pro basketball. And the same players who are in Europe and the top leagues are playing in the Copa America right now. So no, they aren't at all breh. MLS and Mexican League shouldn't even be brought up as their top talents are farmed out to play in Europe. It's like comparing the NBA to the Latvian Super League.

Obviously it would be harder to make it to the NBA due to the genetic component involved. But what point are you trying to make here? A large section of the populous is out of the running to play pro ball off GP. Soccer doesn't really have minimum height requirements lol. Maybe for a keeper, but even then it's still not mutant sized NBA player requirements.

This is ironic but since I got into soccer I seriously can't watch football anymore that shyt is TOO boring.... A play lasts 10 seconds and then they stand around for 30 seconds.... Then a 5 second play happens then more standing around..... An then if your lucky a 15 second play happens and then 5 minutes of commercials

This thread seriously gets made once every 2 or 3 weeks. It's the world's most popular sport so complaining about how boring you think it is won't change anything. No need for the either/or thinking as no one is obligated to watch a single sport; you can enjoy NFL and NBA equally, etc. If it's so boring, then don't watch.
