His career is his moment :mjpls:

And @tremonthustler1's favorite player screamed out "Anything is possible" after winning a title, his only title :dead:

Not enough for the media to bring him up in the discussion for GOATs:manny:

:pachaha:

Dawg... How did you get to be such a Stan? Like I really want to know this story and I'm not even meaning it in a disrespectful way. I've always been a fan of dude. Even back when nikkas was tryna say Garnett was better.

Post em, we can have a gif off of KG moonwalking from McDyess and getting checked by Peeler :jawalrus:

So, you're just going to forget Dirk exists when you say KG is the most skilled PF of all-time, or the fact Barkley used to lead breaks, word?

Watching Tim Duncan shoot a hoop is like watching a golf player sink a stroke into a hole

But Respect to him though :obama:

I dont wanna derail the thread, but comeon breh.....KG was the most skilled PF of all-time. There's really nothing Barkley or Dirk could do that KG couldnt. They didnt even play defense:manny:

KG could shoot mid range jumpers with the best of em (PFs), could post up back to the basket, face you up, take you off the dribble, had decent handles back in his younger days, extreme hops, could lead the break, very good passer, blocked shots, could defend on the perimeter, could defend in the post, was a good man to man defender, would pick opposing PFs clean which is how he got alot of his steals, etc.

His prime was wasted away in Minnesota, but he should what he could do with okay teammates in the 2004 season (Latrell Sprewell, Sam Cassell, Trenton Hassell, and Ervin Johnson).

From 1999-2007, a 9 year span, he averaged 22.4 ppg, 12.6 rpg, 4.4 apg, 1.6 bpg, and 1.4 spg:ohlawd:

That boy was a beast:wow:

He should've been the GOAT PF with his skill set, but instead he's 3rd best behind Duncan and Dirk and ahead of Malone and Barkley.

Fam, that 9 year stretch you're raving about basically amounts to Charles' career numbers, if you want to break down Charles prime into a certain stretch -

From 1986 to 1993 Charles

25.5ppg 12.0rpg 4.2apg 1.2spg 0.9bpg on 57% shooting :yeshrug:

And KG couldn't hit 3s like Dirk, so saying there's nothing they could do that he can't is misleading, and KG couldn't push the break like a young Round Mound could either.

Barkley didnt play defense though breh....you know this. Him and Dirk were defensive liabilities while KG is a former DPOY:manny:

Dirk, yes could shoot 3's better than KG could, but he couldnt pass like KG, run the court/rebound/block shots/play defense like him. Dirk was very clutch though (KG in the clutch is a scary site:lupe:) and I DO have him over KG All-Time, because his offense was magnificent. Barkley though? Nah.

Look at the stat line you posted over 9 years, only thing Barkley could do was score more points, but KG was also very unselfish.....so it's a wash.

KG's 2004 season is better than any season Barkley ever had though.

Not for me.....Malone didnt play defense either and was a beneficiary of playing in the greatest system ever created:manny:

Hell, Jerry Sloan's PnR offense had Boozer consistently putting up 20 & 10 and had Deron Williams dominating as well with 20 & 10

Mainly because:

- Duncan's game doesn't draw attention to himself
- Pop started cutting his minutes early
- As a result, haven't seen Tim at MVP level in almost 10 years
- Most people forgot Duncan in his prime fighting Kobe and Shaq
- The Spurs have been insanely consistent
- No drama surrounding franchise or Tim almost ever

So IMO, its mostly a time and publicity thing.

Lakers were 19th defensively :russ:

We won't even get into the Lakers record without Shaq that season, but hey, you feel Kobe or Shaq deserved MVP over Duncan in a year his team won the title and finished with the best record in the league :dead:
what does winning the title have to do with the MVP, when has it ever? if thats the case Kobe should have more as well. All im saying is, both Kobe and Shaq put up more impressive stats and still won 50 games.
