I read this a lot. Black people low key admitting they ruin entire neighborhoods.

Black people didn't ruining the area.

In the 90's there was a lot of middle class black families in those areas.

There are 2 factors why that area start going down hill.
1. Dallas County started sending Secton 8 nikkaz to that area. This lead to white flight in those areas

2. The Bush era subprime homes loans disaster. Building a lot of cheap homes with high loan rates, that allowed low income nikkaz to move in.

Never in my life I ever heard of lower middle class suburbs. The suburb is safer compare to inner-cities. Statistically, the inner-cities have more crimes and a broken educational system. The hood isn't a great community to live unless you don't mind the loud neighbors, drug dealers posting on the street corners and terrorizing the neighborhood, an old crack head women wondering on the street to advertise her p*ssy to potential tricks , and let us not forget how police continuously harassing people and raid homes of residents of low income communities..

I'm living in the hood in the city of Gainesville. I get irritated everyday by loud mouth neighbors who like to blast their car stereo system in the middle of the night; I'm talking about past mid-night. Muthafukkas don't even know what the word "SLEEP" mean.

My mom and I are working to move out this month, and move to an area where is quiet with no drug dealers in sight. If I had kids, I wouldn't raise them in a violent, drug-stricken neighborhood. I don't want my unborn seeds to be influenced by the negative shyt that goes on in the hood. You could call me a c00n for leaving the hood and I won't care because I'm a dude that like to live in a peaceful environment.

Yes. Actually I do. If you gotta an entire neighborhood of snitching, how exactly are the drugs going to be sold on the block? I don't think you thought this through. If you tellin on all the dealers and gangs, and the entire community shuns them out, the jakes will always be on their ass, and always know where to go. It brings too much heat to do business, and they move.

It really is that fukking simple. Now you bringing up state, national and all that. Is that how you tackle your goals? No outlines, just an entire report sheet to be complete at once? no, stepping stone, you start off with YOUR neighborhood, if everyone follows suite, it should be a domino effect. stepping stone nikka stepping stone.

You know how I know this works? because my neighboorhood was gentrified and that's exactly what white people did. the cost of the houses didn't actually go up, white people just moved in and started snitching.
