Well, the NCAA all started out as student athletes, not as student athletes and student coaches. College football sucks anyway. There's way too many teams and I don't care.
College basketball and ice hockey is more fun to watch, but it would be awful if they switched to amateur student coaches. I'd be like,
all the time on screwed up plays.
College basketball is fun to watch, especially live. There's more crowd energy, to be honest with you at a Div I game than at an NBA game. All the students in the stands are bonkers. NBA games have half the people watching, the other half are there just to mingle and say they were there.
Low key, Div III basketball is fun to watch with your friends. It's all guts no glory. Plus the tickets were free. You got court side seats if you wanted, but me and my friends go up about three rows. Since there aren't a lot of people in the stands, you can hear everything too. Coach yelling to players. Players talking on the court. It's like an interactive experience. There was only one dunk. But, when he jammed it in there, the stands went nuts.
