Alot of other factors involved....Hes still on a contender,at home where he wanted to be making the max which he wasnt gonna get with Bosh and Wade...

Just don't get why all of a sudden getting a max was a priority. The Spurs aren't a reason to be reactionary especially with Riley in your corner.

I get Lebron walks to the beat of his own drum...it just never made sense basketball wise. Like Krie Irving? Come on..

Funny how he got a pass for skipping town after what happened in the Finals under the guise of this homecoming charade. Thats why I respect the likes of a Popovich/Duncan they could have easily hung it up after 2013, they didnt have anything to prove. I didnt see any of them pack their bags. The hunger they showed last year is what I was expecting from the Heat with LeBron but I guess he's not that competitive.

I was expecting that. Esp with Riley making the analogy to the Spurs and his Lakers teams of the 80s losing in the Finals and coming back to win the next year.

Then LeBron didn't even answer his calls

Parker is in his prime or the latter stages of it

Rest of their roster is littered with guys in their 20s. Mills, Baynes, Leonard, Green, and Splitter have younger legs and it was clear their depth carried them

Who do the Cavs have? Kyrie who gets hurt every year and Love who isn't even as good as Bosh. The Heat were the better basketball team.

I think it became important to him after seeing Wade play half a season and both him and Bosh riding his coattails in the finals...he decided he didnt want to split the money when hes clearly the most important piece :yeshrug:

Strictly from a basketball standpoint...

First off Riley being there makes them a serious team to begin with.

He leaves the Heat with two proven players in Wade and Bosh...a legend in Riley...role players he finally got used to playing with...to go back to friggin Cleveland?

Kevin Love? Kyrie Irving? SOme scrub from St Mary's???

Call me reactionary but it still doesnt make any sense basketball wise. The Spurs are an awesome team...make some tweaks and come back better...dont run to an inferior franchise.

/end rant

Because he's a fukkboy. Simply put.

Who the fukk in their right mind would want to live in Ohio and play for an owner who spazzed out on them damn near to a point of calling you a runaway slave.

Go to the finals 4 straight times and damn near any top tier free agent would wanna be with you. Yes, Miami's sports fanbase is fugazi as fukk, but its CLEAR that there is some fukkery going on with the NBA, LeChoke and the Cavs.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Point being...the Heat right now with Lebron are a better team than the Cavs are with Lebron...I dont even think it's close.

The Cavs have more room for growth and assets to improve, with LeBron, Bosh and Wade the Heat were capped out with very little room to improve their roster. Compare the rosters of the Cavs this year, to the Heat in their first year.

What really needs to be addressed is the fact Wade didn't take a backseat to Bosh until LeBron left, had he been willing to give up the ball to Bosh and sacrifice touches maybe Bron doesn't leave since Bosh is still an elite player.

he obviously wants to win a ring in Cleveland

i think thats a pretty clear answer to your question :ld:
I think that's bullshyt really it's all about money and legacy

I think he realized he could never catch Jordan in rings and isn't about that leader life so he and his people thought out what will make him look best

Going back to Cleveland even if he never wins makes him look best and in the end leads to more money which is his main goal in life

Bron's game limits players that aren't spot up shooters regardless. Somebody is always gonna look bad and Wade's not taking less than 14 shots.

Take 14 shots, score near 20pts and hear you're done. It's impossible to get credit.

Last year, Wade had no business coming back into the starting lineup and just taking the touches Bosh would have gotten.

I just feel he should have trusted Riley and stuck it out...the Heat would have been back in the finals imo and there's no guarantee the Spurs are..
