Why VH1 stop doing Hip-Hop Honors?

That was great for them to do this. This is one of that I would watch on VH1 for Hip-Hop Honors but some of them was just :wow: and :what: but mostly was good.



My favorite was Slick Rick

theres only so many artists that you can honor before youre reaching like hell to find artists that are 'worthy'

plus once they did that tribute to the south fukkery i think the show ran its course

the dirty south one killed it....no one wanted to see that weak bullshyt. Plus to this day....EPMD was never honored yet they honored Lil Jon. fukk Vh1

It was dope when they did Biggie and they performed "One more chance" and had Faith Evans sing the "Deeper and Deeper" part of Biggie's verse was :ohlawd: :lawd: :wow:

I wish they would have did that on the actual song.

Also IIRC, they never one for Pac :pacspit:

Or Nas, how could they skip over Pac & Nas for the south rappers?
