a 2 isn't reasonable for someone who you would be acquiring basically mid-season (damn near impossible for Teddy to impact the 2018 season under those circumstances) and who would immediately become a free agent next offseason.If someone's trading for Bridgewater, it's to start. A 2 is a reasonable price for a starter.
The 49ers gave that up for Jimmy because they were deadset on him being their franchise QB and were comfortable paying him whatever it took or flat out franchise tagging him. No one feels that way about Teddy.
